Live transfers with 120 sec buffer time gives you the perfect prospects to quote. Every successful live transfer has 120 seconds buffer time, which allows you to qualify the prospect and make sure if they are interested in getting a quote.
Lead Stats
- We generate live transfers in states.
- Our minimum order is as low as 50 live transfers.
Our telemarketers will collect the following information from the customers.
- First Name.
- Last Name
- Address City/zipcode - State
- Year /Make/Model of the Car
- Current insurance carrier
- Current Premium
Lead Access
We provide a real time View of live transfers into our user friendly interface Leads Management System. We provide leads in the form of Excel Spread Sheet. Our leads management system provides you the option of downloading your leads in the form of Printable.
Recordings
Recordings of the live transfers will be available upon request.
Quality Control
Our quality assures that the quality of the live transfers are good. They monitor all calls and make sure that we’re transfers legitimate transfers to our clients.
Successful Transfer
A successful transfer consist of the following terms
- All mandatory questions should be covered by the telemarketer before transferring the call to a live agent such as first and last name, address, car information, current carrier, and premium.
- After transferring the call to the live agent the customer should stay on the line for 60secs or if the live agent schedules a callback with the customer that will also be counted as successful transfer.
Lead Delivery
Delivered leads will be available in the portal within the 24 hours after they being transferred.
Pricing
We offer the live transfers as low as $18 each transfer and it goes up to $25 per transfer. If you come up with the order of 100 to 150 leads a day we can offer you a flat static price.

Our Credit Policy
The information below outlines PLNs approved reasons to issue credit/replacement for leads in its Live Transfer Programs.
- More than 1 rebuttal- It is understood that the telemarketer is allowed to use two rebuttals to a potential prospects remarks (For example: “I already have insurance”…the Telemarketer is allowed to come back with 1 rebuttal, if the prospect agrees after that and completes the phone call with an understanding that an agent will be calling them back it is a good lead. If the prospect continues to state that they are not interested then it will be credited.
- Same lead in any 60 day window- If you receive the same lead within 60 days we will credit you.
- Not Interested- If the customer says *Not Interested* within 40 seconds after the call has been transferred that lead will be replaced.
- Hung up- If the call gets disconnected within 40 seconds after the call being transferred that lead will be credited.
- Wrong Number- We will credit for Wrong numbers. Usually this is a simple typographical error and can be corrected with the lead not needing replacement.
- No Car- Any lead where the prospect doesn’t has a car.
- For exclusive leads only- If the prospect has the same insurance company the lead will be replaced.
Client may submit lead credit request for bad leads within 72 hours of lead delivery. All requests for Leads replacement must be to be done on lead request work sheet with order number, lead number and reason for request. Guidelines may be revised at any time.
